maxduplicateswarn (default is 5)

This defines how many duplicated messages a member can send (in 5 minutes) until he gets warned.

maxduplicatesmute (default is 7)

This defines how many duplicated messages a member can send (in 5 minutes) until he gets banned.

warnbuffer (default is 5)

This defines how many messages a member can send (in your interval) until he gets warned.

maxbuffer (default is 7)

This defines how many messages a member can send (in your interval) until he gets banned.

Interval (default is 5000)

always in milliseconds defines the interval mentioned above.
